Description
Simple allergy safe banana bread- Egg, Dairy, and Nut free.

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl beat together oil and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, baking soda, salt, and banana beating until well combined.
- Beat in eggs (replacement) and honey
- Fold flour into the mixture until smooth
- Oil 9″x5″ pan then pour in mixture-Add flax seeds after poured if desired
- Bake for 50 minutes then cover with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Stick a fork into the bread at the end to check it, once you insert the fork into the center and it comes out clean then the bread is finished cooking - Sit for 10-15 minutes to cool then Enjoy!
Notes
- Fold flour until mixed in, do not over mix
