Simple allergy safe banana bread- Egg, Dairy, and Nut free.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl beat together oil and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, baking soda, salt, and banana beating until well combined.
  3. Beat in eggs (replacement) and honey
  4. Fold flour into the mixture until smooth
  5. Oil 9″x5″ pan then pour in mixture-Add flax seeds after poured if desired
  6. Bake for 50 minutes then cover with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
    Stick a fork into the bread at the end to check it, once you insert the fork into the center and it comes out clean then the bread is finished cooking
  7. Sit for 10-15 minutes to cool then Enjoy!

Notes

  • Fold flour until mixed in, do not over mix
